Demolition Plant Specialist Upskilling
The aim of this programme is to train new operators of 360 pedestrian operated robotic machinery.
Course content
- Introduction to the machines
- roles and responsibilities
- Preparing for work
- Travelling and manoeuvring
- Setting up for work
- Working Tasks
- Shutting down
- General Maintenance
The Training programme will consist of 5 off site days training spread over a period of 12 months which includes 3 days classroom / practical training, 2 days mock assessments (once site experienced has been gained) and 1 day on site assessment. A log book will be provided to prove hours of work.
The Programme is linked to the NVQ Level 2 diploma in Demolition plant, therefore upon completion, an individual will be assessed and achieve the qualification.
